Soliloquy of Renovation was composed in one sitting as a continuous recording of one-off piano improvisations. Recorded with the mic from a 5th generation iPod Touch on a little used piano in a church basement, the concept behind the album is one of spontaneous, broken, and tired thoughts. However, there's also a great deal of hope for those willing to look for it and a lot of reasons to keep living without giving in to despair. The atmosphere and feel of each track is heavily modeled after the work of Peter Broderick and the album Screws by Nils Frahm.
